Archbishops’ Leadership Project
A grant was awarded to the Archbishops’ Leadership Project to support a study into 'Episcope and Leadership' within the Church.
The focus of the project is to provide formation and development for present and future leaders within the Church and to assist senior appointment processes.
The project involved most diocesan bishops and will generate a theological, spiritual and organisational framework that will aid the development and ministerial training of Church leaders.
