To make your application stand out from the crowd follow our tips and advice.

When describing your project make sure it includes:

  • The work you want to do

  • Who will benefit

  • How you will achieve on-going viability

Your applications will catch the attention of our trustees if:

  • It has vision and illustrates enthusiastic support

  • It aims to bring improvements in areas of greatest need

  • It demonstrates financial sustainability, and how you plan to keep up the good work.

  • To apply for a grant all you need to do is to follow a few simple steps:

    1. Check if your project is eligible by reading our grant giving policy

    2. Read our FAQs

    3. Read our standard terms and conditions

    4. Follow our tips above 

    5. Complete our online application form. Don't worry if you can’t complete the application in one go; you can save it and return to it later.  You can also add photos and additional information to support your application.

    6. If you would like to see the application form before completing it, to aid your discussions about the application, you can download it here but please remember that applications must be made online, not on paper.
